Insurance Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance advisor to oversee the operations of the insurance department. The Insurance advisor will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Insurance industry, and a track record of achieving business objectives.
The insurance advisor will put comprehensive insurance plans in place to help financial advisors’ clients meet their insurance needs. The candidate must have experience in a similar role and have extensive knowledge about insurance and products.
Responsibilities
• Establishing and maintaining client relationship management.
• Preparing insurance needs analysis.
• Meeting with client to gather information, prepare application and submit documents.
• Guiding clients in the insurance process and explaining the benefits of the products offered.
• Recommending insurance products to current and prospective clients.
• Assisting wealth advisors in financial planning with insurance products.
• Contribute to achieving sales objectives towards meeting targets.
Experience and Licenses you bring
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry (Life, Disability, CI, Travel, Group).
• LLQP.

• Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion while protecting confidential information.

• Proven ability to successfully review and challenge business, client and advisor risk management practices and outcomes with both an entrepreneurial and consumer experience mindset.
